Most arrived from friends forwarding mail from a friend aka viral marketing at it’s best - at work. Some had dedicated urls and others are posted on a seeding site; e.g. www.metacafe.com or www.youtube.com and others were just embedded in an email.
And aren’t you pleased your boss didn’t ask you to do this.
