Only last week I wrote about being wary of what we reveal in profiles on social networking sites.
This week The Times reports that “Man has throat slashed in ‘web rage’“. A Londoner tracked down a fellow Londoner, with whom he’d had an arguement with in a chat room, and slit his throat.
The article has some advice from the police on sensible cautionary tactics about how not to reveal our identities whilst on line.
